PCS Move Out Cleaning Guidelines

You are required to keep the water and power on for 5 BUSINESS DAYS after you drop off the keys (not including the day the key is turned in, Saturday, Sunday or Legal Holidays)  so the move out inspection can be completed.  We need you to drop off the keys, garage door openers, copy of your orders, (if applicable)  and the receipt from a professional carpet cleaning company (which should include a defleaing/deodorizing treatment, if applicable) at our office located at 6690 Hwy 87N, Milton, FL.
